Great track and fun racing. I like both nitro and electric. Set-up of the car, choice of tires etc is much the same and not easier with an electric car. Easier with electric motor vs nitro, but you have the option of longer runs with nitro. The electric motor gets hot if you try to drive it for too long, even if you include quick battery changes in the race. Perhaps by setting limits on the electronics, 10 minute race times could be achieved. The biggest problem with nitro for me is finding good places to drive. Some tracks are only for electric due to the noise of nitro cars. If you have a track where you can drive nitro close to you, I would choose nitro. But if you have to travel far to be able to drive nitro, I would rather choose electric. So both are welcome. Lipo batteries, just make sure they are stored safely.

Good thing about Nitro: It has full-power all the way to the end of the tank. Electric will start to slow down before the battery dies.

Electric is just another level of performance. Don’t know why people like noise so much, the point of racing is to be fast not loud lol, by that logic Hondas with fart cans are more exiting than teslas.

One thing you don't get from this video is the smell, the smell of a nitro car is just awesome 😎

maaybe if the electric cars all had some LEDs on them that glow brighter when they accelerate harder and then change color and intestiy while braking as well so the audience has a visual cue.

Don't care if lipo are faster or more convenient, they don't go sound as ANGRY as a nitro. I can run a lipo car at our local BMW track and no ones cares.. fire up a nitro and you get a crowd.. Love 'em..

Electric car: 5 minutes of silent but very fast racing, and the occasional lipo fire. Nitro: tuning, gear change *braaaaaaaaaaap*, pitstops and the occasional broke con-rod. I race both, but Nitro is just another level of challenge, fun and satisfaction. Long live Nitro fun, long live electric convenience.
